Your credit card will only be charged when we ship out the merchandise. If there is an unforseen delay with delivery, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know.

*Shipping: We ship your order out the next business day by USPS 3 day priority mail, with delivery confirmation, and email you the tracking number that evening.
(Please make sure your delivery address is accessible to the United States Postal Service.)
If you need UPS or FED Ex delivery, indicate so in the comments box on the checkout page. Shipping and handling charges:
for purchases up to $250.00: $15.00
for purchases from $251.00 to $600.00: $18.00
for purchases above $600.00: $20.00
*for shipments via UPS and FED EX, (ground service) add $5.00 to the charges listed above. Contact us for overnight delivery charges.
*Return policy: 1.) You may request an exchange, store credit, or a refund: a.) Exchanges receive free shipping on all replacements. b.) Store credits are good for one year. c.) Refunds incur a 5% restocking fee.
2.) All returns must be authorized by us: Please contact Artemisia or Galileo's Universe by phone or email within 3 days of purchase or receipt of shipment to alert us to the problem and to get the go ahead for the return.
3.) Return merchandise must be sent back to us within 7 days of purchase or receipt of shipment. All items should be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
4.) Custom orders and Sale items are not returnable.
*How do I buy items seen on the Artemisia web site, but not shown here in the shop online section: Our online store contains just a small selection of all the items currently available at Artemisia. We chose merchandise for this section by what we think is very suitable for online shopping. But most likely, we have all the items seen on our entire web site in stock. If not readily available, there is a good chance it could be duplicated or modified (different size, different color, etc..) by the artist.

*How about a custom order? Custom orders make up an ever increasing part of our business, and are to be encouraged. We enjoy personal relationships with most of the artists we represent and we are able to ask for special adjustments, such as a different color, a longer length, etc, and we receive the newly created item in about 2 to 4 weeks, or even faster.
*Gift Certificates: The perfect answer if you like what we have but can't decide what to choose for a gift. Our gift certificates come in any amount of your choosing (minimum: $50.00 please), and are valid for one year. They come in a nice gift box presentation.
