*Can I buy what I see here on the web site?
Yes, most likely you can. You may want to start shopping at our Online Shop, where we carry clothing, accessories, and jewelry from our current stock. If there is a particular item you see on our website, but it is not in the online shop, please call Artemisia for availability. If not readily available, there is a good chance it could be duplicated or modified (different size, different color, etc..) by the artist. Best is to call or email us with specific questions.

*What if I need more information on an item?
As we are a small, personalized business, we strive to present you with the best possible customer service. That includes answering all our emails personally, and we welcome the opportunity to answer all your questions in detail on the phone.

*How about a custom order?
Custom orders make up an ever increasing part of our business, and are to be encouraged. We enjoy personal relationships with most of the artists we represent and we are able to ask for special adjustments, such as a different color, a longer length, etc, and we receive the newly created item in about 2 to 4 weeks, or even faster.

*Gift Certificates:
The perfect answer if you like what we have but can't decide what to choose for a gift. Our gift certificates come in any amount of your choosing ( minimum: $50.00 please), and are valid for one year. They come in a nice gift box presentation.

Your credit card will only be charged the day we ship out.
We are open from 11 am to 5:30 pm daily, and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm - mountain time. ( Please note that there may be seasonal changes)


*Shipping:
We ship your order out the next business day by USPS, 3 day priority mail, with delivery confirmation , and email you the tracking number that evening. Shipping charges are between $12.00 and $18.00 per package.

*Return policy :
a.) No Refunds - Exchanges/Store Credit only.
b.) Merchandise to be exchanged must be returned within 10 days.
c.) Custom orders and Sale items are not returnable.
d) Defective merchandise will be replaced for up to 4 weeks after purchase.
